• Within my current position as a facilitator I am an accredited moderator and assessor. Currently I am facilitating a great variety of courses that NOSA offers in both web based training as well as classroom based training platforms.
• I stay current with industry best practices and HSE legislation and regulations, integrating new developments into facilitation techniques and thereby providing effective and relevant learning opportunities.
• I have played a role in contributing to the enhancement and improvements of course material by collaborating with colleagues to review and revise course content.
• I pride myself in delivering high-quality training sessions, ensuring participants developed a thorough understanding of the subject matter through participant engagement by incorporating a number of interactive activities and group discussions into sessions.
• I believe in fostering an inclusive learning environment as well as improved client satisfaction by addressing and tailoring facilitation techniques as per the client needs.
• Providing continues constructive feedback to participants during facilitation sessions to ensure adequate understanding, growth and skill development is encouraged.

• I also do conduct assessments and moderations for both the web based as well as the classroom based platforms ensuring a qualitative and fair evaluation and thereby ensuring consistency within the provision of training.
• As an accredited NOSA auditor I follow established auditing processes to meet regulatory as well as management system requirements.
• As an auditor I ensure to maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information discreetly throughout all stages of the audit process, developing strong relationships with our clients, building trust and ensuring a high level of satisfaction during the audit process.
• Communicate effectively with the auditee to obtain necessary information, analyze the data during the audit process, establishing and recording findings and prepare reports detailing information.

• Within Dendustri I implemented and managed the NOSA Integrated 5 Star system ensuring the enhancement of workplace health, safety as well as environment by :
• Leading a team in conducting thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards and risks and recommend, implement and monitor appropriate control measures.
• Conducting regular internal audits as well as inspections, compiling action plans to address noted deviations and ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of the corrective actions.
• Communicated safety,health and environmental training material to employees and coached employees on the various applicable regulations and compliance.
• Maintained detailed records of inspections, incidents, near misses, injuries, and illnesses for accurate reporting and trend analysis.
• Promoted a positive safety culture through employee engagement initiatives such as reward systems as well as annual awareness days.
• Developed, tested and maintained emergency response plans to minimize impact on personnel, property, and the environment in case of incidents.
• Monitored workplace activities to determine compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
