• Assist with all production processes of pasture-raised layer chickens (Amberlink and Legume).
• Supervise and train workers in their daily activities and using the monitoring app.
• Show and inform tourist groups about the different sustainable production systems at the farm.
• Ensure that the work is up to standard and the equipment are operational.
• Monitor sick chickens.
• Appropriate recordkeeping.
• Assist in packaging and labeling.
• Help out in the office with coordinating and marketing chicken-, pig-, and beef products to different clients and retail outlets; also creating and sending out invoices.
• Be on the lookout for improving efficiency and accuracy.

• Challenge athletes by consistently using positive reinforcement and gentle criticism.
• Promote a positive environment for all athletes, which helps to diminish stress and increase enthusiasm.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and inventory to avoid accidents, mishaps, and damage.
• Explain and demonstrate basic tennis techniques to the athletes.
• Coach an athlete with mild Cerebral Palsy.
• Facilitate one-on-one lessons and group sessions up to about 50 athletes at a time.
