• Responsible for all accounts payable of the group
• Perform monthly reconciliation for all creditor’s accounts
• Respond to, analyze and resolve all queries with supplier accounts
• Prepare and ensure payments to suppliers are loaded on timely basis
• Prepare and ensure all weekly COD payments are loaded on timely basis
• Update and manage creditors age analysis
• Assist with cash flow.section of the Cashflow
• Assist with audit queries for accounts payable
• Assist with GRV queries (raising requisitions, receipting and processing for admin invoices)

• Processing the cashbook and reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Process journals required for each client.
• Maintain a fixed asset register for each client (process additions, disposals, and depreciation).
• Preparation of Annual Financial Statements (for different clients).
• Preparation of individual tax computations.
• Calculation of current tax, deferred tax, process tax-related journals, and tax disclosures for financial statements.
• Preparation of VAT reconciliations
• Perform/prepare all required working papers for each client file.

• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation
• Intercompany Reconciliations
• Fleet Management (Kilometres travelled, fuel monthly costs, average consumption)
