systems, customer care and more.
• Control and orders for internal restaurant with
turnover on average of R200k per month, also
making sure evening kitchen clean ups are
done and prep for next day.
• Green keeper control over facility scheduling
of maintenance work needed to be done
throughout facility to maintain 5 star
experiences.
• Facility’s Supplier contracts annual contract
reviews with suppliers to see if we can reduce
costs.
• Municipality Water and Lights I keep register
on daily basis to see if heir are and water
leaks on the grounds to reduce and lost costs.
• Corporate event management for food and
beverage and golf lesson for clients.

events VIP events invitation and coordination
of the event and looking after the VIPs

• Warned players of safety issues present on course, reporting incidents and requesting maintenance staff as appropriate.
