• Manage multiple tasks within established timeframes (currently acting as Snr Manager for SA Chemicals & Mining as well as fulfilling the Manager role for SA Chemicals)

• Co-ordinate and oversee the bi-annual RCP Budget and Forecasting process and report on such
• Inputs into the integrated value chain (IVC) impairment process
• Ensure proper governance (SOX, Internal controls, adherence to procedures and policies, works instructions, IFRS compliance)
• Actively involved/ managing input into the Capital Projects and Fixed Assets automation project

•1988: started off as a Production and Inventory costing clerk

•1990- 1997: started career in Accounts Payable department

Rotated to all disciplines in Finance namely:

Accounts Receivable, Inter companies, Credit Cards, Fixed Assets, Treasury and Cash book and Payroll

•1998: Rotated to Phenolics as a management accountant;

• 2000- 2003: Nominated to be one of the first TOPP trainees within Sasol (included Audit discipline as well as ABC costing, management accounting activities, draw up Housing Companies financial statements and SAP accounts, and being nominated the team lead for Finance in the SAP Excel project (SAP implementation)

•2003- 2010: Statutory reporting including IFRS packs, Tax calculations, Rehabilitation provision, Business Women in Leadership

•2011- Jan 2015: Statutory Reporting: IFRS and Interest cap packs, Rehabilitation provision and Impairment allocation calculation

•Febr 2015- Jul 2017: Governance (SOX, Internal audit, RPC papers, Sasolburg Finance Forum, Sasolburg Operations Governance Forum), General ledger (SAP SOD, GRC Steward)
