  • Helpdesk Coordination: Ensure optimal utilization of helpdesk platform for logging of client tasks, tracking progress in workflow basis, time allocation etc
  • Overseeing the recruitment coordinator: Ensuring that systems and processes of recruitment are in line with the objectives of the organization
  • Policies and procedures: Ensure that all policies and procedures are updated and uploaded on SharePoint for employees to access, in addition, ensuring that all changes to policies and procedures are communicated to the employees
