I am a dedicated, passionate, and experienced educator who regards discipline and structure as the foundation of effective learning. In my classroom, I foster a friendly and open atmosphere where respect and collaboration are encouraged. Tradition is of great importance to me, as it goes hand in hand with discipline and a sense of stability. I am deeply passionate about culture and strive to actively promote and preserve it within education. I have had a long and meaningful career in LSEN (Learners with Special Educational Needs) education, where my mission has always been to bring out the very best in every learner and to ensure that they recognize their own worth as equal to that of any learner in mainstream education. In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing the cello, attending the theatre, reading personal development books, and participating in activities that support mental and spiritual well-being. This balance between professional dedication and personal fulfilment strengthens my ability to serve in education with empathy, creativity, and perseverance.
