My position was the first port of call therefore ensuring a high level of efficient service to all residents and facilitating key tasks. The Village accommodates 142 Sectional Title units and 20 Frail-care beds.


  • Front Desk/Reception function ie; phone and general enquires, emails, photocopies, scans etc
  • Meeting with new potential clientele and liaising with the public regarding general information about the village
  • Updating resident information onto an excel spreadsheet and updating resident physical files ie Resident details, proof of address.
  • Managing and assisting with resident enquires, complaints, emails, photocopies and letters.
  • Issuing access cards to visitors for security purposes as well as scheduling access for contractors.
  • Scheduling appointments with MD or Trustees.
  • Ordering of stationery, cleaning supplies and uniforms for staff

  • Assisting with Management of the clubhouse facilities; games room, lounges, bathrooms and dining area. Overall check that the communal areas are clean and tidy.
