-Prepare mission orders for expats and business missions to HQ.
-Flight booking, transportation to and from the airport.
-Prepare site visits, book accommodation, and organize access forms.
-Manage the expense claims known as BEC and MEC forms (Business and Mission expense claims) and initiation to follow up with finance department.
-Arrangements for new entrees which includes; badge acquisition, seat allocation, IT tools of trade and IGG
request.
-Follow up on office queries, liaise with general services, make requisitions for office stationery.
-Comply and follow HSE instructions as floor warden.
-Follow up on timesheet completion for
everyone directly under my line manager.
-Liaise with the HR expatriate team in regards to the rotational schedules of all departments, monitor and record flight prices.
