Understanding preventative cardiovascular medicine and cardiac rehabilitation. Understanding basics about cardiovascular investigations, echo,doppler , nuclear medicine, cardiovascular MRI/CTA, electrocardiography, stress testing and angiography.   • C15/C12 (Medical Emergencies and High care Unit) 11 months- managing patients with acute medical emergencies, including managing patients with circulatory emergencies (including shock, NSTEMIs, thrombolysing STEMIs etc), respiratory emergencies (acute exacerbations of Ashma and COPD, pneumonias, spontaneous pneumothrorax), neurological emergencies (being part of an efficient stroke team and thrombolysing patients within window) and some surgical emergencies (UGIB etc) Managing of medical patients in high care, including quick recognition and management of dysrhythmias (eg, cardioverting SVTs) and cardiogenic shock post MI (initiating inotrope infusions), Diabetic Ketoacidosis overdoses
