- Assigns daily tasks to the warehouse team involves a series of inbound and outbound functions relating to the receipt, storage, cycle counts, picking consolidation, loading shipping and transfer of goods within the warehouse using WMS functionalities.

- Accountable for all the administrative functionalities of Inbound and delivery execution in the Warehouse.

- Coordinate with warehouse operations and delivery / transportation staff to ensure smooth workflow.

- Send daily reports with all necessary information to the line manager.

- Plan the required consumables are properly arranged and, made available in the dock area

- Control the allocation of team members and the assignment of tasks.

- Control the current stock (shelf, warehouse, on order, etc.) so that the product received conforms to sales demands, and so that out-of-stocks or over-stocks are avoided.

- Print invoice on (As400)after the load have been sealed.

-Check picked stock and Report any discrepancies to Team Leader.

-Make sure all pallets are wrapped before being loaded.

-Ensure that loaded stock is anchored correctly to prevent damages.

-Ensure stock loaded according to delivery sequence/ planning.

-Ensure that the forklift drivers load the correct stock onto the correct truck.

-Ensure pallets are marked clearly.

-Ensure that the truck is sealed and the seal number are recorded in the seal register.

-Follow correct loading procedure with loading of stock. Inspect the quality of load bars inside the trailer before loading.

-Make all sure the correct documents have been signed by the driver.
