my experience with KFC is that customer service entails several qualities like active listening, empathy, problem-solving and communication skills which I have mastered and customer satisfaction, which builds a relationship between our customers' experience with the brand products by Seek feedback and showing genuine care and I left my job because I wanted to pursue a positive working environment.
