• As a, /mammographer my work involves doing weekly mammogram QC tests and performing routine mammogram imaging
• Introduction to cardiac gaited ct imaging with usage of ECG monitor observations plus contrast media (Imeron 400)
• Ct colonoscopy imaging with usage of rectal contrast media (Omnipaque 350)
• Daily clinical work i.e
• General radiography and a variety of fluoroscopy cases
• VABB vacuum –assisted breast biopsy observation and assistant
• An introduction to Iodine-Mapping post processing of CT pulmonary angiograms
• CT imaging with Digital subtraction reconstruction imaging.

Recessional Radiographer over Christmas holidays.

• Working in the department of radiography under the school of medicine as a part time junior lecturer, for first year undergrad students
• Providing lectures for Image Recording module, this involved
• Preparing presentations on topics of different chapters from introduction of radiation, development of an image and image processing
• Examination and test moderation/ invigilation
• Preparing tests and examinations as well as projects and assignments
• Marking scripts and giving feedback to students.

• A Wide variety of Cardiothoracic, Cardiovascular and Vascular CT imaging post processing with VITREA application and software
• CT guided biopsy imaging and assistant
• Diagnostic mammographic imaging including
• FNA (fine needle aspiration) ultrasound assistant
• Ultrasound guided taps assistant

• Midmed is one of the biggest hospitals within the province where we worked as a highly dedicated team of radiographers and radiologists with focus on:
• Orthopedics operating theatre cases including public holidays and on weekends
• Specialized spinal operating theatre, mainly Lumbar and Cervical cases
• Specialized urology theatre cases with use of Urografin 30% iodinated contrast media
• Screening/ fluoroscopy work included Myelogram, Barium studies for adults and children, Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) cases, quite a lot of pediatric cystograms also with usage of contrast media
• Participating in breast healthcare awareness activities as well as an introduction to Mammography and Bone densitometry imaging
• Computed Tomography imaging with post processing of images including 3D reconstruction and Digital subtraction imaging
• Without the exception of trauma, general and mobile radiography.

• As a junior radiographer, main duty was for us to provide basic radiology services from mobile, trauma and general radiography.
