Responsibility: The duties would entail the management of all curricular programs and activities in the phase. Strategic management of the curriculum is done, with regards to policies and general day to day curriculum management. The evaluation and appraisal of the performance indicators in the QMS process is done with good understanding and a level of precision, as well as the management, motivation and encouragement of advisors and administrative staff in the component. Subject related projects, such as Mathematics and Language activities, School Based Assessments (SBAs) , moderation processes and quality assurance is a key element in creating a smooth day to day management of the curriculum delivery process. Sound knowledge of budgets and procurement procedures is essential in the organizational activities of the subjects in the InterSen Phase. The motivation and encouragement of the team is key , as a sense of ownership needs to be created , so that advisors are motivated to develop and mature in their individual subjects and fields of expertise.
