I started off as an electrical apprentice, where i was showing artisans till i got to the point of knowing the work and doing it by myself. I was responsible for troubleshooting challenges that affected production.
I have also worked as a chat moderator for a year, my responsibilities were mainly overseeing and maintaining community guidelines, enforcing policies, managing high volume chat interactions and ensuring that i provided customers with a positive user experience.
