•Overall management of operating point;
•Setting up the budget and implementing action plans to achieve growth potential;
•Improve the profitability of the branch by maintaining and growing outstanding customer relations as per set objectives;
•Implementation of a marketing strategy to increase market share;
•Ongoing marketing and sales of existing product lines and growth of product lines related to the grain, livestock and fruit industries;
•Preparation, delivery and follow-up of quotations;
•Stock ordering and checking of appropriate levels of stock items;
•Negotiate and organize transport/logistics for delivery of products to customer(s) or depot(s);
•Personnel management, including personnel development;
•Management of all risk management functions in collaboration with administrative officer; and
•Effective infrastructure maintenance and asset management.

•The management of customer relations and continuous delivery of excellent customer service;
•All aspects of inventory management including applying controls and processes;
•Improve the profitability of the branch by managing correct purchases, checks and stock control;
•Maintenance of good housekeeping and general cleanliness;
•Efficient management of infrastructure and asset maintenance;
•Maintain correct administration procedures at the branch;
•Performance management and management of staff in absence of branch manager;
•Accurate management of all cash, as well as fuel controls; and
•Effective inventory optimization and inventory control.
