Incorporating a self-service initiative, I hat to understand the intricacies of data flow within Data Warehousing and storage, accentuating the significance of privacy, security, data governance, and quality. Through this project, I crafted cost effective solutions for the new warehouse. Operating within a cross-functional capacity, I honed my expertise in data modeling by collaborating closely with process developers and data architects, ultimately orchestrating an optimized solution. This involved the meticulous creation of source-to-target mappings and enforcing data governance principles. The resultant metadata was presented to ETL developers and analysts, which was used to develop the organization's KPIs on a BI ready platform.
