- Co-Managed the commissioning of the Advanced Process Control (APC) technology system to reduce delayed response in variations of plants desired operating specifications which improved the overall recovery of Copper, Lead and Zinc by 1.6%
- Managed the Cyclone modification project to improve milling performance by optimizing the cyclone feed density and mill load, resulting in an improved cut size and recirculating load. This reduced the misplacement of fine lead in the copper circuit, improving concentrate quality and recovery.
- Part of a team leading the technical readiness of the Iron ore plant project, slated for commissioning in November 2024.
- Responsible for a 2.9.2 legal appointment for the Metallurgical lab to assist the technical team in ensuring that all process improvement projects are well scoped and thoroughly tested before they can be implemented.
