Lerato Manganyi is a Senior Transition Specialist for the Finance Business Innovation team at MultiChoice. Her current scope of work focuses on onboarding and centralizing finance processes from MultiChoice's African businesses into a Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC). I support the local Finance teams in the project milestones, through coordinating process migration including: data preparation, support trainings provided to the local teams, support knowledge transfer to FSS including the development of process documentation, participation in the system tests and go-live activities. I also effect project change management for all finance transformations. I previously worked as a Business Transformation specialist within the Business Transformation team at the South African Breweries, responsible for the End to End Capability Design of NoCC (National Capability Centre) services in order to transition effectively into the NoCC (National Capability Centre) Operations. My scope of work focused on managing business transformation initiatives/transitions for the following functions; Human Resources, Commercial, Finance and Logistics. My day-to-day activities also involved identifying business opportunities across business operations to centralize into the NoCC in order to create business efficiency, standardize processes, minimize operational costs and maximize revenue within SAB. I have acquired significant project management, business transformation knowledge and skills mainly across the Financial ,FMCG and Entertainment sector. I am an individual who cultivates an optimistic attitude with an aim to learn and continuously make improvements both to her professional career and her social lifestyle. I am a critical problem solver and thinker, a solution seeker who is always open to more ideas and solutions from her peers at large. An individual who collaborates well within teams. I recently went live with onboarding finance activities from two African countries onto our local shared services, which included process design, organizational structural changes, system training and people recruitment.
