Job Purpose
The Junior Administrator supports the daily administrative and client service functions of the branch. This role ensures smooth operations, accurate processing of applications, and efficient coordination between clients, staff, and external agents.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide general administrative support to the branch and management team
-Assist with HR-related tasks such as filing, document preparation, and staff record updates
-Deliver professional and friendly client service, both in person and telephonically
-Capture, process, and track applications for finance machines and related systems
-Support the handover of accounts to debt collection agents when required
-Assist in researching and identifying potential new sites for branch expansion
-Monitor applications, client files, and administrative processes for accuracy and compliance
-Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic)
-Perform any additional administrative duties as required by management
