I am an experienced candidate with computer skills and thoroughly familiar with key competencies such as Marketing, HR, General Management, Operations, manage strategically and management accounting and finance. I am a hard worker with a solid work ethics and exert optimal effort to ensure all projects given to him are completed on time and to the highest standards preferred by the organization. I am capable of bringing value to an organization - A Positive ' Can Do’ Attitude. My strengths amalgamate developing and implementing operational plans, ensuring that all departments achieve or exceed in their activities as well as flexible and a strong people management which rally round on job satisfaction amongst employees. My strengths and interests include, but not limited to the following - Managing human resource development, project management, decision making, policy and strategy implementation, employee relationships and last but not the least, effective communication.

• Took Adult community for a tour and Installed entrepreneurial skills to young learners in 2005
• Managed to get all those adult community members - 60 years and above for a tour around Cape Town and they really appreciated this move as it was the first of its kind.
• Managed to lead and took a group of 20 learners to the finals of the competition organized and facilitated by Santam for writing and presenting a business plan on a project sponsored by Air company South Africa (ACSA).
