Power electrical Roles

• Evaluating installed electrical/mechanical equipment (3 -Phase machines\induction motors) and equipment to isolate faults and implement corrective actions - generators, compressors, brake bonding/brake testing machine and tyre changing machines (through maintenance pro software)
• Planning layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures based on specifications and applicable code.
• Reviewing existing electrical and electronics engineering criteria (Such as 3 – phase induction motors, motor pumps, facility electrical wiring, contactors/relays and many more) to identify necessary revisions, deletions or amendments to outdated equipment
• Working from ladders, scaffolds and lifts to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring equipment and lighting fixtures in ceilings, on roofs and on towers.
• Identifying specific cables, fuses and circuit breakers required for assigned installations and maintenance
• Leveraged mastery of AutoCAD Electrical Toolset to develop and document electrical schematics.
• Maintaining high level of safety when using hand and power equipment for hoisting, measuring, testing and drilling of various types of installations.

Automotive roles

• Designing and wiring harnesses to connect cars/trucks/trailers components (proximity sensors) and transmit electrical power throughout cars/trucks/trailers.
• Conducting equipment inspections and performing equipment repairs to maintain optimal working conditions.
• Testing starters, door controls and generators for proper functioning.
• Installation of new wiring and connections to complete connections and bypass cable faults.
• Installation and maintenance generator sets as standby power source
• Measuring revolutions per minute (rpm) of the generators, amperage and voltage of units or parts to diagnose problems using ammeters, voltmeters and other testing devices.

Electronics/IT roles

• Installation and maintenance/configuration of GPS units (VT10, FMB630 and FMB640 units) and cameras (View - i and Bluckview)on the company fleet.
• Assisting HSSEQ department in reviewing footage of incident/accident on company fleet and history track records of the fleet
