• Internal & Criminal Investigations: Support company investigations and provide findings to supervisors.
• Loss Investigations: Assist in identifying and reporting losses.
• Toll Pack Checks: Daily/weekly monitoring for fraud and misrepresentation; report discrepancies.
• Gain and Loss Audits: Likely involves reconciling or reviewing records to identify discrepancies.

Security:

• Administrative Tasks:
• Organize and document meetings.
• Manage and update registers.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures.
• Operational Security Checks:
• Physical inspections of premises (e.g., gates, fences, lights, locks).
• Security systems (e.g., panic buttons, guard radios, breathalyzer records).
• Security personnel monitoring (uniforms, training, conduct).
• Visitor and employee vehicle compliance.
• Access Control: Manage entry points, maintain updated employee records, and monitor access logs.
• Emergency Preparedness: Ensure contact lists and emergency systems are functional.

CCTV Camera System:

• Daily Monitoring: Ensure all cameras and related equipment are operational.
• Footage Management: Backup and organize critical footage, delete unnecessary older data, and review footage for anomalies.

Mix Telematics:

• Monitoring Reports: Run and analyze telematics reports, report faults, and ensure system updates.

Installations and Deinstallations:

• Coordinate installation and de-installation of tracking and monitoring systems with suppliers.

Master Contact List:

• Keep all contact information updated and accessible.

Biometrics:

• Add/remove employees to/from biometric systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide reports as requested.

Active Track:

• File and organize patrol reports in designated storage locations.

• Dispatching Vehicles: Assigning vehicles and drivers to specific tasks or routes.
• Communicating with drivers to provide instructions, support, and updates.
• Compiling reports on fleet efficiency and BTO productivity.
• Acting as a point of contact for clients regarding delivery or service timelines.
• Managing complaints or issues related to delays or service quality.

• Administer logistical and other related matters.
• Ensure the administration of vehicle registration and licensing.
• Administer and maintain the activities of the safety Health Environment Management.
• Administer and maintain vehicle fleet.
• Administrate the process of vehicle services and inspection within the unit.
• Apply and issue registration plates for vehicles.
• Renew vehicle licenses.
• Send vehicle weekly and monthly reports to the head office.
