• Planning and controlling staff time schedules

• Working closely with the key account manager on info needed for plant performance reports
• Monthly reporting to technical and project departments on the status of the plant
• Reporting incidents and incident investigation
• Liaising with key account managers, GM & financial manager to plan bulk product movement.

• Responsible for the operation of the plant, working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company
• Monitor and control the operation of ethylene-ethane as well as propylene production plants by means of process, control and electrical information, and mechanical technology
• In addition to give direction to assigned resources and to continuously ensure adherence to quality/ safety and legal requirements.

• Assisting the Metallurgical engineer and production foreman in solving process related problems and completing small projects
• Physically monitoring the plant and helping in optimization of the plant performance
• Ensure the quality control by seeking new and Improved ways to optimize the plant operations
• Technical Evaluations of platinum processing plant & equipment.
