• Maintaining target extractions and producing final product that conforms to quality specs
• Maintaining plant design capacities on throughput and ensuring consistency in final product quality parameters
• Achieving and maintaining food safety/ survey score targets, ensuring machinery efficiency in balanced roll feed, roll grindings, bran finishers, and other critical areas.
• Highlighting shortfalls in operational targets, food safety, and product quality conformance to mill management within an effective period.

Key responsibilities:

• In charge of three Mills

- Wheat Mill

- Maize Mill

- Feed Mill

• Mentor learners of City and Guilds in Flour milling.
• Sets daily production priorities for operators.
• Verifies and ensures products are being produced to customer standards
• Supervises flour mill personnel to maintain productivity, plant cleanliness, and overall flour mill performance.
• Maintains and improves upon production efficiencies, waste reduction, and process improvements.
• Follows, understands, and trains team in all areas of policies and procedures, including quality and production SOPs, safety standards and GMPs.
• Ensures required company records and forms are maintained. Reports any defective materials or questionable conditions to plant management and/or maintenance.
• Promotes company vision and supports plant culture.
• Develop SOPs and PMs for flour mill processes and equipment.

• Enrolled with City and Guilds of London for the study of Flour milling 1st year, under supervision of qualified miller
• Obtained my 1st year operation certificate
