TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

• Process Optimisation, Grade Control and Instrumental Analysis: Conducted daily chemical characterization of ores, slag and leaching solution to evaluate extraction efficiency.
• Conducted analysis of dissolved metal concentration, monitored pH levels, and evaluated residue composites in CIP & CIL solutions and Electrowinning processes to enhance bullion purity and minimise material waste.

TRAINING AND ASSESMENT EXPERIENCE

• Training of junior staff and new recruits on how to perform analytical test according to analysis request sheet and Standard Operating procedures and provide understanding of principles behing the techniques.
• Evaluate their competence against SOP, ISO17025 quality standards, Safety standards compliance.
