As an assistant teacher at the daycare, I supported the learning environment by supervising small group activities to promote engagement and collaboration among the children. I played an active role in encouraging positive behavior through the use of rewards and incentives, helping to create a nurturing and motivating atmosphere. Additionally, I assisted in organizing field trips and special events such as assemblies and performances, contributing to the children’s overall developmental experience. I also helped facilitate communication between families and school staff regarding students' academic progress, ensuring that parents remained informed and involved in their children’s learning journey. I also found creative ways to get the kids thinking for themselves—asking questions, exploring new ideas, and solving small problems—helping them build early critical thinking skills in a playful and relaxed setting.
