Driving and owning Demand Planning Logistics Centralized Process routines for Mozambique, Tanzania and Zambia:

• Reviewed historical sales trends and researched demand drivers to prepare forecast data and develop statistical forecast models.
• Ownership of monthly Demand Review routine.
• Participated in weekly and monthly sales and operations meetings to assess performance and forecast and formulate necessary corrective actions.
• Preparation and support of Performance Tracking and Analysis (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Obsolescence, constraints, scenarios) for short-,medium- & long-term intervals.

• Collaborations with commercial stakeholders to ensure consistent enrichment of a 13-week rolling forecast for the region, consisting of 21 locations.
• Capturing NPDs, regional promotions and events into the demand plan.
• Supporting run-out plans for discontinued SKUs through monitoring inventory levels and sales performance.
• Developed and presented forecast accuracy and performance reports to identify problems and opportunities and made recommendations for improvements to demand plan.
• Collaborations with planning stakeholders to close gaps.
• Tracking and monitoring sales performance against published forecast in order to reduce obsolescence.
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support regional stakeholders.

• Assisting in the development of trackers that help entrench and improve overall operations.
• Facilitating BU level trainings and introduction of KPI tools.
• Exploring cost-saving opportunities to improve T1 Truck Turnaround Time for 58 sites nationally.
• Utilizing Lean improvement methodologies to improve KPIs in Delivery and Warehouse.

• Providing first year Operations Management and Management Services students with consistent and thorough revision content to strengthen subject comprehension.
• Grading tests and assignments in alignment with the university's policies.
• Providing career guidance to students.
