Manage shift supervisors to ensure mining safety standards and procedures are adhered to. Ensure monthly production targets are archived through planning, leading, control and organizing. Responsible to do and achieve strat plan and monthly plans. Control and manage monthly budget, and ensure that only competent people are appointed to operate machinery, and report safety and production to the manager on daily basis.

Do monthly planning, have regular safety meetings and do PTO's and risk assessments with the team, and to ensure the team achieve safety and production targets, and to fill the logbook and report to the mine overseer at the end of the shift.

Ensure the team adhere to mine standard and procedures, and the team achieve monthly safety and production targets through planning, leading , control and organizing.
