  • eGRC governance tool: my role was to optimize the manual control environment and record our Monthly, Quarterly and Annual GFCF controls on a central system, enforce governance and provide visibility to Finance leadership. Improved control completion by 70% and provided a 360* view of Control performance.
  • Project Lead for Zimbabwe currency change (effective 1 May 2024). I played a huge role in ensuring business continuity and recording of local currency transactions. Business Impact - had an impact on providing accurate reporting, enabling the business to collect debt, pay local creditors and tax. Most importantly to comply with Zimbabwe Government. Zim Turnover per annum is €105715K and a total of 138805 of sale transactions and 50% were completed in ZiG.
  • Project Lead for VAT change across IT systems for South Africa in 2019 and Zimbabwe in 2024. I played a huge role in ensuring business. Business Business Impact - had an impact on providing accurate reporting, enabling the business to comply with the proposed government VAT.
  • Botswana Orders Rounding Errors: Business impact - Pricing is correct on SAP and is also appearing correctly on the tax invoices and commercial invoices. Impact: Pricing is correct on SAP and is also appearing correctly on the tax invoices and commercial invoices. 1million rand worth of stock was stuck due to this and a manual workaround had to be done on average this could have impacted 77 trucks not going through the broader. I played a huge role in gathering requirements, create demand, arrange connects and ensure that the CRs are executed. I liaise with OneSAP team, Service Lines and the Business, holding everyone accountable to ensure that they play their part on improving the system that ensured a smooth passing to the boarders.

  • Document Warehouse and Paper-Trail Project: cut cost of 496k per annum. My role was to review of documents that are stored in the document warehouse, which the company paid R23 per box monthly for storage and an extra R40 fee for recalling and destroying of the documents. On Average 180 boxes we sent to the Warehouse a month dating back to 10 years. I leveraged on the existing Paper-trail system. The system saved the search time by 99% and cut costs by 80%.
  • My role was structured around conducting a comprehensive communication process review, with the aim of highlight the internal communication channels from the head office to the stores and from store
    to the head office. The review projected approximately 44% - 47% of improvement in the process, which
    improved the speed of communication and reduced costs.

  • Credit Life – Single Premium Solution Project: my role of the project was to enhancements and alleviate work around and risk of inaccurate processing on the administration system. Business impact: capability to administer the
