- Coaching and support for CCBA plants (Midrand and Wadeville) in the initial PET production processes.

Coca Cola Beverages :
- Unitising the production of Appletiser in accordance with CCBA mixing instructions - minimising waste of beverage base and colourants.
- Minimising the fruit concentrate stock on hand to prevent expired stock and unnecessary blending.
- Spearheading the Quality at Source process by being actively involved in training as well as assessments and ensuring that SOP's and WI's are up to date. QAS score has progressed from 11% (2019) to 96% (2021)
- Devoting time to the CAP (Competency Assessment) process - all staff members were accredited
- Introduction of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) as problem-solving tool
- Optimisation of CIP process and change-over times by minimising the requirement of full CIP's between flavours.

- Completion of Project M (production of Topo Chico) from charter to first production- launch of the first alcoholic beverage under the Coca Cola South Africa.
- Completion of D-Water project from charter to first production - involved the installation of an extra de-aerated water (product water)source to feed the production plant. Plant has exceeded the current supply when running particular SKU's.
