  • Designed and coordinated the annual Planned preventative maintenance schedule (PPM), servicing of transformers, switch gears, generators, on site machinery etc.

  • Sub-contractor/ Vendor management: responsible for the overall cleanliness of the premises, interior lifts and escalators, windows, entrances, parking areas and exterior, landscaping, horticulture, parking and access control and waste management, reviewing service level agreements (SLA) making recommendations on cost saving initiatives and negotiations for renewals.
  • Weekly update meeting and visual inspection, weekly fire and safety checks, fire pump and internal fire detection main frame panels which loop to each other and send signals up and down to link the entire building, ablution facilities, tenant grease traps and daily sewer sump and pump checks.
  • Discussing and implementing new sustainable stratagies in the work place eg storage of water from the draining of a sprinker zone in order for new design or relocation
  • Crises management during the covid 19 Lockdown, planning operating hours, access control, engaging with the local authority and role players to have a common goal.
  • Managing Security and CCTV hardware and software which are cameras, screens, network switches and the head end server being the software.
  • Administration: creating work orders and processing invoices for payment, requesting approvals for payment above threshold limits, approvals of work permits for tenant contractors working on site.
  • healths and safety compliance: conducting baseline risk assessments,fire evacuation drills, updating OHS files, prepare for audits with Municipality department of labour representatives, conducting regular inspections and identifying potential risks and implementing measures to mitigate these risks quickly.
