I am a hardworking, intelligent person who is always willing to do what it takes to complete any task as effectively as possible. I am a mild tempered individual, with great organisational-, communication- and problem-solving abilities. I make a point of taking initiative, and I work well with people and always walk around with a positive attitude. I have a keen interest in the medical field and caring for patients. I work hard and always put in that extra effort to ensure patient satisfaction and optimal patient care. With my previous training as a pharmacist and now medical doctor, I have advanced experience and knowledge in pharmacology, diagnostic medicine and thus I can ensure optimal and responsible prescribing for all medical conditions. Medicine has always been my passion and I strive to make the best of the opportunity and hope to make a difference in patient’s lives.

• Received a silver medal in the 2010 South-African Cross Country Championships, as well as 2 bronze medals in 2008 and 2009.
• Completed numerous marathons in 2011, 2012, 2019,2020 and 2024.
• Completed the Momentum 94.7 Cycle Challenge in 2014,2016, 2020 and 2022.
• Completed the Cape Town Cycle Tour in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
• Competed in numerous triathlon events, including Ironman.
• Completed the Comrades Marathon in 2024.
