Clients assessment and initiation :assess and screen for clients eligibility, conduct physical examination and interpretation of laboratory results.

Implementation of HIV/TBand STI guidelines according to national standards

Health promotion and education to community through Hct,condom distribution, Prep initiation, youth friendly service.

Implementation of Elimination of mothers to chlid transmission during antenatal, delivery and post-natal care

initiation of Prep to HIV negative pregnancy woman and ART to HIV positive pregnancy women

Provision and promotions of prevetative methods including long-term reproductive health and Prep to marginalized communities members

Treatment monitoring and management of clients on ART and manage common side effects

Provide integrated care through provision of comprehensive care including management of opportunitic infection and non communicable disease

Psychosocial support and adhere counselling to return to care and naive clients on Long life HAART.

Retaintion of clients in care

Maintain accurate records and monitor laboratory test.
