- Developed and maintaining websites using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix & Squarespace.
- Built and customise WordPress themes and plugins with a focus on flexible content and ACF.
- Conduct SEO audits and implement technical improvements including SEO, AEO and AIO best practices.
- Managing custom hosting environments via AWS and Vultr and ensured security and stability of web infrastructure.
- Monitored site performance and implement enhancements such as image compression, code minification, and load speed improvements.
- Provided clients with on-demand web support and technical troubleshooting and fixes.
- Collaborated with client services team to align web solutions with strategic objectives.
- Used Xero Projects, Trello and other Project Management tools to track and manage tasks and the time needed thereof.
- Contribute to internal process optimisation, knowledge base development, and peer support.
