Summary

As a Benefits Lead, I specialize in Employee Benefits whereby my focus is on Pension and Provident funds oversight, stakeholder engagements, and governance. I have 14 years experience in the employee benefits space and relevant skills and experience. I focus on retirement funds, death benefits, Disability, Risks Benefits, Critical illness Benefits (CIB), Funeral schemes, Share Schemes, and Pension fund-backed loans. I develop employee value propositions (EVP) by negotiating preferential discounts on various services, travel, accommodation, leisure, finance, and insurance.
