Served as a Team Leader in a Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) project hosted by Durban University of Technology and coordinated by Prof Sanja Bauk in April 2023. Led a multicultural team comprising students from South Africa, China, and Mexico, facilitating effective communication, task coordination, and timely delivery of project objectives. This experience strengthened leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and digital communication skills while contributing to a globally integrated learning environment, a key goal of COIL initiatives that promote teamwork, critical thinking, and international competence.
