I hold an Information Technology NQF Level 3 End User Certificate and have over 10 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, starting my career at Sun International – Sun City. I began as a Reservations Agent, working closely with VIP Management and Personal Hosts to meet the needs of VIP guests in-house. I then progressed to VIP Ambassador, where I spent three years delivering high-level service, managing VIP relationships, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

After that, I joined Peermont – Mmabatho Palms as a VIP Executive Host, where I coordinated Club Prive bookings, handled special requests for high-end VIP clients, and managed the overall brand experience of my assigned VIP players. I communicated with clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, reviewed client performance, and followed up after events. I am responsible for growing the VIP database through acquisition and increasing the turnover of the existing VIP base. I also educate players on our offerings, new games, promotions, and tier rewards.
