
I hold an Information Technology NQF Level 3 End User Certificate and have over 10 years of experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, starting my career at Sun International – Sun City. I began as a Reservations Agent, working closely with VIP Management and Personal Hosts to meet the needs of VIP guests in-house. I then progressed to VIP Ambassador, where I spent three years delivering high-level service, managing VIP relationships, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
After that, I joined Peermont – Mmabatho Palms as a VIP Executive Host, where I coordinated Club Prive bookings, handled special requests for high-end VIP clients, and managed the overall brand experience of my assigned VIP players. I communicated with clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, reviewed client performance, and followed up after events. I also hosted VIP events, conducted VVIP draws, managed guest lists, and reported on VIP functions, while actively managing comps, point balances, and loyalty rewards.
I am responsible for growing the VIP database through acquisition and increasing the turnover of the existing VIP base. I ensure a seamless experience for casino and sports betting players, provide management with daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, and collaborate closely with the marketing team on VIP promotions, VIP requests, and the annual marketing calendar and strategy. I also educate players on our offerings, new games, promotions, and tier rewards.
