• Setup and Operation:Prepare the machine for printing by ensuring proper ink levels, plate installation, and adjustments for paper size and pressure.
  Load paper stock and operate the press efficiently, maintaining consistent print quality and speed.
  Monitor machine functions, identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise during printing.
• Quality Control:Conduct regular quality checks throughout the printing process, inspecting for defects like ink smears, misprints, or incorrect color.
  Make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Maintenance:Perform basic maintenance tasks as outlined in the machine's manual, such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
  Report any major mechanical issues to a supervisor or maintenance personnel.
• Safety:Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures established for the printing press and the printing environment.
  Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
  Report any safety hazards or concerns to a supervisor immediately.

Specific Duties for Cylinder Heidelberg Presses:

• Knowledge of Heidelberg Equipment: Possess a strong understanding of the specific Heidelberg cylinder press model being operated.
  Be familiar with its operational controls, adjustments, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Plate Handling:Carefully handle printing plates to avoid damage or contamination.
  Secure plates correctly in the cylinders according to the print job specifications.
• Ink Management:Maintain proper ink levels and ink/water balance for optimal print quality.
  Mix inks to achieve the desired colors as specified in the job requirements.
• Paper Handling:Load and unload paper stock efficiently, minimizing waste.
  Ensure proper paper alignment and tension throughout the printing process

• Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production times, stock specifications, colors, and color sequences.
• Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
• Load, position, and adjust unprinted materials on holding fixtures or in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms.
• Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes of presses in order to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions; make any necessary adjustments.
• Monitor stocks of materials such as paper, ink, and metal in order to maintain supplies during equipment operation.
• Operate equipment at slow speed to ensure proper ink coverage, alignment, and registration.
• Pack and label cartons, boxes, or bins of finished products.
• Pour or spread paint, ink, color compounds, and other materials into reservoirs, troughs, hoppers, or color holders of printing units, making measurements and adjustments to control color and viscosity.
• Push buttons, turn handles or move controls and levers to start and control printing machines.
• Reposition printing plates, adjust pressure rolls, or otherwise adjust machines to improve print quality, using knobs, handwheels, or hand tools.
Clean and lubricate printing machines and components, using oil, solvents, brushes, rags, and hoses

• Responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our call centre associates who deal with our existing and potential customer.
• Monitoring inbound and outbound call and emails responses to assess associate’s demeanour, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in developing, creating and implementing call centre quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendation for enhancements to training materials as needed to enhance the overall customer’s experience.
• Participate in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
• Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team.
• Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
• Monitoring of customer care email responses.
• Participate in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
• Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call centre staff.
• Provides feedback to call centre team leaders and managers.
• Prepares and analyses internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
Perform other duties as assigned.

• To ensures that all agents use the same greetings, scripts, aftercall procedures and accountability standards.
• periodically review sales data, customer surveys and call logs.
• Use this information to adjust the script to achieve the conversion rate that meets company sales and service goals.
