  • Motivating First-Year Students to participate and interact throughout the first-year Year Experience Mentorship Programme;
  • Attending First Year Experience Mentor Experience sessions for mentors continued professional development;
  • Attending First Year Experience Mentor Experience debriefing sessions as a support service from the University to mentors;
  • Attending Faculty check-in sessions for the mentors;
  • Performing any other complementary and ancillary duties that may be delegated by the FYE Mentoring staff;
