Booking of appointments (via email and telephonic): Book consultant and client appointments Assist and attend to all consultants and regional appointments Daily confirmation of attendances Book preparation meetings with clients for conciliation/arbitration Assist with setting up union meetings and confirmations thereof Tracking of client attendances and client matters Book & manage consultants' diaries as per client, PM and consultant's requests Book meetings in relevant area to ensure efficiencies Effectively booking appointments and pro-actively contacting clients at least a week in advance Ensuring cancellation of appointments are confirmed at least 24 hours prior the scheduled date Ensuring diaries are not overbooked Ensure & maintain efficiency by bookings appointments in accordance with the time slots Ensure proper knowledge of consultant's client base to ensure accurate and efficient bookings
