As part of the Graduate Development Program, I have been exposed to both technical geological functions and multidisciplinary project environments. This dual focus has strengthened my technical background while expanding my administrative and coordination capabilities within capital and operational projects.

• Coordinated project documentation, data collection, and reporting between geology, mining, and engineering departments to support the achievement of milestones.
• Maintained detailed geological records, maps, and sampling data using structured document control principles to ensure traceability and compliance with company standards.
• Provided administrative support for project delivery, including scheduling, progress tracking, procurement follow-ups, and maintaining change and quality registers.
• Assisted in preparing project reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all communication and records were filed accurately.
• Supported project procurement processes by initiating requisitions, verifying documentation, and monitoring payment progress to contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinated onboarding of contractors through medicals, security clearances, and safety file preparation in line with company policies.
