• Assisted with the finalisation of a patent infringement matter (lasting 11 years) that was decided by the Court in favour of the MultiChoice Group by the Supreme Court
• Part of the team that worked on the restructure of the MultiChoice Group after the separation from Naspers
• Successful management of litigation matters in various jurisdictions across Africa
• Assisted with the roll out of digital terrestrial television across Africa (including acquisition of sites)
• Legislative monitoring, including providing legislative input (to foster conducive business environments across Africa)
• Automating contracting processes and using AI to deliver quality legal services to businesses
• Assisted with trademarks disputes from Africa to China
