My decision to voluntarily work at Emzini Guesthouse was made, not only to gain some experience of how to deal with human beings, but to develop myself and expose more qualities within me, and work towards increasing the profits of the business as that is the primary objective of many businesses. I took the work that was availed to me seriously which enabled me to achieve the goals of the business which are offering excellent customer service and making profits for the company.
