Development of risk management governance document: Risk Management Policy, Business Continuity Policy, Risk Management Framework, Risk Appetite and Tolerance Framework, Ethics and Code of Conduct and anti-corruption processes.

• Coordinate risk assessment workshop of all functions
• Monitor implementation of mitigation strategies for operational, strategic and project risk
• Ensure that audit findings are addressed timeous by putting corrective measures in place
• Implement systems, plans, policies and procedures for identification, collection, and analysis of risk related information
• Liaised and render supported function to provincial offices in assisting them to carry out their risk management program
• Monitor and report on timeous implementation of audit findings and action plan recommendations
• Facilitate development and implementation of combined assurance model
• Conduct organizational Corporate Governance audits and assist with forensic investigations
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legislations
• Establishment business continuity management (BCM) program: Business Continuity framework, Crisis management strategy and plans, governance forum and Ensure alignment of ICT Disaster Recovery Plan with relevant ISO standards
• Preparation and presentation of governance, compliance and risk management monthly and quarterly reports to EXCO, Ethics Committee, Audit and Risk Committee.

• Facilitation of risk management workshops

• Assist with proactive risk profiling of suppliers and beneficiaries
