• provision of a comprehensive pharmaceutical service to patients, wards, and departments as per the GPP and scope of practice of a pharmacist.
• Evaluation of the patient's medicine-related needs by determining the indication, safety, and effectiveness of the prescribed therapy.
• Prepare, compound, prepack, repack, label, and dispense all patient prescriptions (Outpatients and TTO's), ward/department stock issues.
• Provide comprehensive patient counseling and liaise with clinicians to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes.
• Determining adherence to therapy and providing necessary follow-up to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes.
• Promote rational use of medicines.
• Supply of schedule 5 and 6 medicines including the recording and balancing of the schedule 5 and 6 registers.
• Stock management (ordering, receipt, issue, control, maintaining stock levels, record-keeping, and storage of

pharmaceuticals and non-pharmaceuticals).

• Participation in the Pharmacy Therapeutics Committee and Antimicrobial Stewardship.
• Direct supervision of pharmacy personnel.
• Compounding non-sterile pharmaceutical products, such as ointments/creams.

• Utilized strong communication skills to educate patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
• Reduced medication errors by diligently verifying prescriptions for accuracy before dispensing to patients.
• Checking and verification of ward orders before issuing pharmaceutical products to wards.
• Facilitating the availability of medication by means of ordering, borrowing, and receiving stock.
• Attending and providing trainings to staff.
