• Planning, Scheduling & Management of sales orders & sales stock.
• Coordinated material procurement efforts, ensuring on-time availability of components for uninterrupted production cycles.
• Create sales back-order report which include scheduling priorities, based off lead times & ageing.

• Reviewed and edited scanned journals on TRS and Preactor viewer against the clockings on ERS for accuracy then reporting on recovered hours based off the paid hours
• Assisted Production Planning Manager with updating labour and job statuses on Microsoft Dynamic Ax.
• Worked closely with the Production Planning Manager doing capacity planning, doing tests on Microsoft Dynamics Ax to see if ready to use as the primary scheduling system.

Worked closely with the OpEx Manager, analyzing processes and identifying improvement opportunities, had to present my findings with improvement ideas and select best improvement ideas then implement and validate

• 5S COORDINATOR

Worked with the Production Managers of different departments, while conducting 5S Audits to uphold 5S standards in the workshop

• OEE

As a way to see machine efficiency, I was doing OEE for the workshop daily, weekly and monthly.

• PLANNING

Closely worked with the Production Planner, ensuring paperwork required in the workshop is ready for execution.
