Public Education and Outreach:
· Facilitated public education initiatives throughout the Western Cape to raise awareness of the WCPP's mission, promote the organization, and advise stakeholders of the channels for public participation.
· Co-developed with the unit’s manager the operational strategy, the annual educational program, and the conceptualization of institutional events.
· Assisted the unit manager with the conceptualization, procurement, and maintenance of the WCPP’s automated stakeholders.

Facilitation of Public Participation in the work of the WCPP:
· Conceptualize and draft a public participation plan in the law-making, oversight visits, and House sitting in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders.
· Responsible for the administration of the WCPP petitions process including assisting stakeholders with submitting petitions following the WCPP petitions procedure.
· Co-developed concept documents for sector-specific and outreach programs and facilitated stakeholders' participation in institutional events.
· Facilitate public engagement in the WCPP's activities by communicating with internal stakeholders, municipalities, key partners, and WCPP members.

· Coordinate and speak with the Manager about PEO Officers and Assistant people management needs.
· Drafting performance development plans for PEO Officers and Assistants.
· Within the allotted time, conduct performance reviews for PEO Officers and Assistants, pinpoint skill gaps, and suggest interventions to the manager of the unit.
· Take part in the PEO Officer and Assistant selection process.
· Take part in the selection process of various positions at the WCPP within the C3 band when required.

· Assign tasks following the unit’s operational plan and supervise the PEO Officers and the Assistants' execution plans.
