I hold a Bachelor of Food Technology and I have 7 years of working experience in the food processing (FMCG) environment. I am a resilient individual who can work under pressure with minimal supervision, and this has enabled me to succeed in my current position, which involves new product launch, ensuring consistent product quality through process audits, CCP and OPRP validations, allergen management , quality assurance, root cause analysis, food safety, management of product specifications, inspection of raw material and internal auditing. Also, I have managed to establish and maintained good relationships with clients and customers during my service.
