Whilst I do not have a formal tertiary education I have an immensely positive CAN-DO attitude combined with some technical IT skills. These skills have enabled me to build solid relationships with customers , having worked for Clover for three years As a Customer service consultant, Clover sales and supply chain are amongst the busiest of their departments due to the high number of SKUS and the fact that these products are produced in many different factories delivered to different warehouses with short shelf life requiring constant attention on customer service . I am good at customer service as I listen to the customers' needs go all out to deliver. I have a good eye for detail and much of my work also entailed capturing of orders for large retail stores Spar, Pick n Pay, Shoprite and also all conveniences at garages I am good at solving customers complaints and go the extra mile to always assist the customer I also have some IT experience : I am skilled at installing of FNB swap machines. Setting up of the FNB machine and coding the machine with the sites Ip address Installation of network cabling Installing servers and cloud switches Installing network ports As my current role is a contract role I seek either a role in customer service or similar to the one I have now, or a combination of both . I bring to the table positive energy, no task is too small or beneath me, and with the right mentor I know I will grow and bring value to the company that I serve .
